Amy Dowdy is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Ohio and holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. Her training and clinical expertise have prepared her to work with a multitude of mental health issues with adults, couples, families, young adults, children or in a group counseling setting. She has specialized training in grief support, anxiety, marriage and family counseling. Other competences include mood and anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, postpartum issues, parenting support and a wide range of emotional/behavioral issues.

As a counselor, Amy is genuine and caring when listening and providing support to her clients. She desires to build on clients' strengths and encourages the learning of new skills to support clients' growth through difficult times. She believes that with God all things are possible, and that people can find freedom through the power of the Holy Spirit. Her approach includes evidence-based services, tailored specifically to each client to help improve one’s outlook on life and move forward through life’s difficult circumstances. In a collaborative relationship, she will provide you with the tools needed to move you towards your mental health goals, while supporting and encouraging you along the way.

David is a Therapeutic Art and Relationship Coach with Creative Reflections.  He received his Therapeutic Art Coach certification from Transformation Academy and his expertise as a Relationship Coach utilizing Intimate Encounters. David holds a Bachelors of Arts in Finance from the University of Central Florida. Before creating Creative Reflections in 2020, David worked for a diverse range of organizations including Target, Marc’s, and Woodforest Bank, where he focused on customer relationships and meeting their daily needs. Drawing on several years of marriage and a customer-focused career, David now focuses mainly on meeting the client’s needs through coaching.

As a coach, David is kind, empathetic and compassionate in helping his clients find success in their lives. David will listen to you and assist you in finding ways to reach your life goals through the use of creativity. He believes honesty and integrity help build and support the coaching relationship by guiding clients towards understanding and self-awareness.

David writes for the Creative Reflections blog, where he talks through tips and techniques regarding relationships, art, and healing. When not working with Creative Reflections, David is passionate about painting using several mediums like watercolors and acrylics. He also is a life-long-learner seeking to learn new things and find creative ways to help others succeed in life. He enjoys reading by the wood-burning stove, hiking the great outdoors, and gardening.
